Orlando Pirates have wrapped up their pre-season camp in Spain and will be coming back to South Africa for final preparations for their first match of the 2023/24 DStv Premiership season against Stellenbosch FC on August 5.
Having already defeated Israeli side Maccabi Tel Aviv and Ecuadorian outfit Independiente del Valle in their previous friendly matches played since their arrival in Spain a few days ago, the Buccaneers played their last match of the tour against Spanish side UD Las Palmas this morning.

The fixture ended 0-0 as the Soweto giants are coming back home unbeaten in what has been a successful pre-season camp for the MTN8 and Nedbank Cup champions.
Pirates' line-up v UD Las Palmas: Sipho Chaine, Nkosinathi Sibisi, Tapelo Xoki, Thabiso Monyane, Paseka Mako, Thabang Monare, Miguel Timm, Patrick Maswanganyi, Monnapule Saleng, Kabelo Dlamini and Kermit Erasmus.

Substitutes: Melusi Buthelezi, Siyabonga Mpontshane, Richard Ofori, Sandile Mthethwa, Relebohile Ratomo, Bienvenu Eva Nga, Souaibou Marou, Siphelo Baloni, Bandile Shandu, Zakhele Lepasa, Innocent Maela, Goodman Mosele, Evidence Makgopa, Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo, Katlego Otladisa, Deon Hotto and Ben Motshwari.
The players that were notable exclusions from the matchday squad were Thembinkosi Lorch, Vincent Pule, Olisa Ndah, Fortune Makaringe, Makhehleni Makhaula and Azola Matrose.
