After Orlando Pirates new signing Sipho Mbule went through an induction process at the club, legend Edward 'Magents' Motale has revealed the details of his talk with the former Mamelodi Sundowns star.
Perhaps the stature and magnitude of Mbule's signing is signified by the fact that he was announced by Pirates separately, to the other group of new recruits, the same with Oswin Appollis.

However, the former SuperSport United midfielder was among a group of new arrivals at Es'godini, including Yanela Mbuthuma, Masindi Nemtajela, Tshepang Moremi, Nkosikhona Ndaba, Sinoxolo Kwayiba, Tshepo Mashiloane and Sihle Nduli, who were through an induction process at the club.
Motale, who was among The Bucs legends invited to talk with new signings, has lifted the lid on his particular conversation with Mbule.
Amid the allegations of disciplinary issues, 'Magents' says when he spoke to Mbule, he did not even bring that up.
"He has come to an institution, where he's going to learn a lot of things," Motale shared the details of his talk with Mbule, exclusively to Soccer Laduma.
"We're not going to entertain (negativity), some of the people (who criticise ) don't even know Sipho and just believe in hearsay.
"I spoke to the boy. Even me I didn't know him personally, but we spoke and understood each other," the former Bafana Bafana defender said.
"I told him what is Pirates, the expectations you get me, what is expected of him. Teams are not the same. You can't compare Sekhukhune to Pirates. I didn't even want to know what happened at Sekhukhune, because that's not our baby.

"But me I just told him all about Pirates, the demands at the club and the expectations from Pirates supporters, because Sekhukhune supporters are not many, he must know that here each game is packed," Motale warned.
"Pirates is not a team to say 'let's give him time to adjust' there's no such a thing like acclimatizing, here when they give you the jersey you need to deliver," 'Magents' revealed.
