With speculation going on Orlando Pirates forward Relebohile Mofokeng's future, club legend Edward Motale has opened up on whether the time is right for the 20-year-old sensation to move abroad.
Mofokeng was a major influence for Pirates initially giving Mamelodi Sundowns a chase in the Betway Premiership title race last season, before they faded in the latter stages, winning the MTN8 and reaching the Nedbank Cup final.

The Sharpeville native attacker is arguably one of the contenders for Footballer of the Season award and as such speculation around his future has intensified, with reported interest in Europe and America.
After the Soweto giants could not keep head coach Jose Riveiro, who chose not to renew his contract and joined Al Ahly, can The Buccaneers actually afford to lose the 20-year-old?
"That's my wish, for the boy to leave and trade his talent somewhere in the bigger leagues," Motale weighed in on the matter, speaking to Soccer Laduma.
"Here locally he's got nothing to prove. And his age allows him now for him to trade outside and open windows for the other Mofokengs you get me.
"Obviously they'll be no other Mofokeng if he goes but that's football, football is come-and-go baba," 'Magents' insisted.
"Even us we were there and the likes of (Happy) Jele arrived, even them they have left and others came, that's football.
"We will create another Mofokeng, even though he's not going to be 100 percent Mofokeng, but we'll create another one," the former Bafana Bafana defender reiterated.

Mofokeng, voted Soccer Laduma 2024/25 Player of the Season by the readers, had 27 goal contributions in all competitions for Ezimnyama last season.
The arrival of marquee signing Oswin Appollis at The Buccaneers from Polokwane City could soften the blow, should the School of Excellence product get his dream move.
