Orlando Pirates midfielder Siphesihle Ndlovu has been given advice about his future, as his struggle for game-time continues.
Njabulo Manqana, who is familiar with the situation of moving to bigger club and struggle to get game time has expressed his concerns about Ndlovu, who joined Pirates from Maritzburg United with huge reputation in 2019.
Manqana says things can get tough in Gauteng for any player coming from smaller club, mentally it can really do a lot and suggest a loan move would do good for his career.
"It painful to see what is happening to Sphesihle Ndlovu, things in Gauteng can be tough and mentally it can really affect you," Manqana told siya crew
"For me, i think he should ask for loan move, to restart his career, he is very talented and should be playing in the Bafana Bafana set because at his best he can play anywhere"
The former Lamomtville Golden Arrows and AmaZulu midfielder, suggests that going back to Maritzburg United wouldn't be a good idea for Ndlovu because when you in that situation, you need new club because going back to your old team can do more harm mentally.
"I can't really say he can go back to Maritzburg United because mentally, he won't be effective, if he gets loan, i would suggest that he find new club for fresh start"
