In edition 1178 of Soccer Laduma it was reported that Orlando Pirates' Siphesihle Ndlovu has his former club Maritzburg United monitoring his situation at the Soweto giants due to a lack of regular game-time.
With the Buccaneers linked with some players from the Team of Choice for some time, including Richard Ofori and Rushine De Reuck, indications are that there could be more players involved in the potential deal, should the two clubs decide to do business at the end of the season.
As reported in this week's Soccer Laduma, edition 1185, defender Bongani Sam could be added to the list of players set to leave Pirates at the end of the season despite the fact that his camp recently said that there are no plans to move him.
The 22-year-old has made only two appearances under coach Josef Zinnbauer this season as he has been behind Bafana Bafana international Innocent Maela for the left back position.
"There is interest in Bongani Sam from Maritzburg. He could be one of the players to be added in a swap for players between the two clubs," said a source.
Sam has previously also been linked with Bloemfontein Celtic and Chippa United respectively.
