Orlando Pirates defender, Thabo Matlaba, has explained that the team has been confident to face Jomo Cosmos following their 5-0 win in the league.

Prior to their Nedbank Cup game at Olen Park Stadium yesterday, Pirates beat Cosmos 5-0 at the Orlando Stadium on March 12.
"We knew after losing to Cosmos in the league here (Olen Park Stadium); we had to be focused and avoid any unnecessary mistakes which eventually cost us three points when we did play them.
"But I think following our 5-0 win in the return leg we were more confident coming into this match that we would pull off a good result and we did just that," Matlaba has been quoted as saying on Pirates' official website.

The next game for Pirates will be against Free State Stars at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday.
