Jomo Sono Has Spoken About Upcoming Encounter With Orlando Pirates

Jomo Cosmos will face an uphill task when they welcome Orlando Pirates in a Nedbank Cup Last 16 tie at Olen Park, following a 5-0 drubbing at the hands of the Buccaneers in a league encounter.

At a joint Nedbank Cup media press conference earlier today, the veteran coach echoed that his charges are looking forward to the encounter.

"It will be an interesting game after the five nil. We know our position on the log and we will deal with that on Wednesday, but on Sunday we have to deal with the Nedbank Cup. The field is different because Orlando Stadium is big for my boys. We will play at our home and we know how to use the field," Sono concluded.

The two teams have already met twice this season in the league with each side claiming a victory.

Ezenkosi will renew their rivalry with the Mayfair-based outfit on Sunday, April 3, as they look to advance to the last eight of the tournament.
