Man of the Match Miguel Timm says he wants to compete for every trophy on offer after securing his first piece of silverware with Orlando Pirates.

Timm was restored to the line-up after missing the Soweto derby against Kaizer Chiefs through suspension last week.

The former Marumo Gallants midfielder was pleased to present the Buccaneers supporters with the MTN8 crown after their disappointing loss to Chiefs.

"This is the best supporters, they kept us going and I'll always give my best for them, whether we win or lose," Timm told SuperSport after the game.

"We know we disappointed you last week and I hope you're happy now. The best team in the world!"

"God has given us this gift and the responsibility to make people happy, I know they have their nine-to-five jobs, we only work two hours a day and I personally take responsibility to give my all.

"I make myself feel like I'm working nine-to-five, I take care of myself and I try as best as possible to live and breathe Orlando Pirates."

Timm also claimed that a lot of people doubted him after making the move from Gallants to the Soweto giants.

"I know people doubted me when I signed here and the chairman and I know why I wanted to come here and I wasn't scared.

"I want to compete for every trophy that's on offer. And this is the fruits of all the hard work and the belief and we gonna fight for more and more," he said.
