Orlando Pirates take on GladAfrica Championship side Uthongathi for a place in the Nedbank Cup Round of 16 in what will be the first-ever meeting between the two sides.
The match gets underway at 15h00.
The Buccaneers last lifted the Nedbank Cup trophy in 2014, having won it eight times in their history.
Josef Zinnbauer's men have already secured one cup this season, beating Bloemfontein Celtic to claim the MTN8 to end their six-year trophy drought.
While they started their season in fine fashion, Zinnbauer's side have struggled for results of late and come into this game with just two wins in six and on the back of a 2-0 loss to Golden Arrows.
Uthongathi are in sixth place on the First Division standings, with just four wins from their 11 games played - but still just three points adrift of top side Sekhukhune FC.
They last beat Steenberg FC 1-0 ahead of a 1-1 draw with Ajax Cape Town and 1-0 loss to JDR Stars last time out.
