6 In A Row: Rulani Reveals Sundowns Secret

With six consecutive victories in the DStv Premiership, Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena has pointed to key points that has contributed to the side's impressive run of results in the league.

Sundowns have beaten Chippa United, Golden Arrows, AmaZulu, Marumo Gallants, Maritzburg United and Royal AM to open up a five-point gap at the top of the standings.

Mokwena, who has been in charge of the last two matches as head coach, gave insight into why Sundown are doing so well in terms of results.

"It's just teamwork. No one is bigger than this football club. We just keep trying to serve it. When you are servants, you forget a lot about yourself, and the results and you just continue to serve. That's what we try to do," Mokwena told media after the victory over Royal AM at Chatsworth Stadium on Saturday.

"We as the technical team are servants. We live, eat and breathe this game and we try to do the best we possibly can for this football club. The football players are servants of this game and servants of this football club. We are all sent to try and fetch the order and the order is three points. Incredible salute and appreciation for this group of football players."
