Kaizer Chiefs look set to continue the strategy of merging youth with experience, as the club is believed to be in discussions to promote another youngster.
Sources have revealed that DDC Coach Vela Khumalo has put forward a recommendation to the senior team for the promotion of young defender, Gopolang Taunyana.
"As much as the team is looking at strengthening the striking force they also believe that a good defence wins you trophies and that's why they are looking at these young up coming defenders as well. Taunyana is a very solid young defender who needs to gain experience with the senior team and that's why they have recommended his promotion from next season," an insider revealed to Siya crew.
