Maart opened up about Nabi's words to the players during the interval.
"We fight each other in the change room and say 'we can't continue like this', coach will come and calm everything thing down and put our minds together into the game.
"That worked for us, because he told us relax, we not here to fight each other, we are here to correct things."
Chiefs will now have to switch focus to the Betway Premiership, where they will fight to finish among the top eight with two games left.
"We need to keep our heads mentally ready for the last two games to keep us in those position," he added.
"The celebration is tonight. For everyone, for the supporters. I know the fans will keep the celebrations until next week.
