Having taken over the Kaizer Chiefs captaincy in the absence of both Itumeleng Khune and Keagan Dolly, Yusuf Maart is relishing in his new leadership role.

Maart finds himself in familiar territory with an armband on.
He captained the Orlando Pirates DStv Diski Challenge side, Pele Pele as well as Sekhukhune United where he shone brightly before eventually being snapped up by Chiefs.
It is little wonder then that the 28-year-old has adapted to the responsibility that comes with leading a team of Chiefs' calibre on the field – though he is happy to share this privilege with all of his teammates.
"Basically, there are 11 captains on the field because we all try to motivate each other. I think it's great; everyone has a leadership role in the team because we are all in it together and we depend on each other, so everyone must do their part," he told the club's official website.
With Chiefs looking to make it four wins from four matches, Maart has spoken on the importance of getting positive results to make their way up the DStv Premiership standings.
"Winning three games back-to-back is very good for the team. It helps a lot to build momentum. We are putting all our efforts into the team, to try to win every game," he continued.
