Wydad registered six successive draws in the Botola Pro, which has left the side in third place and six points behind AS FAR Rabat with three games left to play.
According to Le Site Info, Seifeddine Bouhra is now expected to return to the first team squad after months of being sidelined.
The Red Castle will be back in league action on Saturday as they take on Rabat in a must-win encounter at the Stade Mohammed V.
The report added that Bouhra was one of the Wydad players who were not happy with their situation under the South African coach.
With Mokwena now on his way out, the attacking midfielder is now hoping for a new opportunity under interim coach Mohamed Amine Benhachem.
