Kaizer Chiefs Sporting Director Kaizer Motaung Jr has responded to suggestions that the current technical team lacks experience, given their struggles.
Chiefs lost their eighth game of the league season after a 3-2 loss to Golden Arrows on Sunday and have generally struggled to put together a sequence of victories this season.

There has been suggestions that the Amakhosi technical team lacks experience, with head coach Arthur Zwane assuming the position for the first time in his career while his assistant Dillion Sheppard is also still cutting his teeth in the game as a coach.
Motaung Jr says all they can do is give Zwane the necessary support because the coaches who have experience, they gained it through doing their jobs as well.
"If I had asked you, what is experience? Everyone who's got experience they got it by doing their job. So we are, as management, from the directors board, the chairman, we've given a young coach an opportunity at the helm," Motaung Jr told journalists at the Soweto Derby press conference ahead of the game.
"Again from our side is for us to support him with the right resources, support him with the right players and provide the right environment for him to succeed.
"Sitting in position five is not where we want to be but if you look at the short turnaround time in how the brand of football he has managed to make us play is positive and right now is not the time to talk about positives because our fans want results," he said.
"They want trophies and that's the objective but at the end of the day the technical staff are hard at work and they know the areas they need to rectify and work on and I know they are not sleeping, they're working tirelessly," he added.
