Orlando Pirates have confirmed that they have arrived safely in Dakar, Senegal, and are awaiting their connecting flight to Mali to face 12-time Guinean champions, AS Kaloum Star on Friday.

The Soweto giants touched down in Senegal at midnight and will now board a connecting flight to Mali.
"We arrived safely in Dakar last night and we are now awaiting to board our connecting flight to Bamako in Mali. The players are in good spirits despite the long flight," revealed Bucs Media Officer, Thandi Merafe on the club's official website.
"We have a short flight to Bamako and then we have a captain's run scheduled at the match venue at 17h00 today," she added.
The match between Pirates and Kaloum is scheduled to be played at the Modibo Keita Stadium in Mali at 17h00 local time and 19h00 SA time.
