Former Orlando Pirates defender, Lucas Tlhomelang, has suggested a few changes he thinks should be made by Eric Tinkler and his technical team for the second leg CAF Confederation Cup final against Etoile du Sahel.

Tlhomelang has been vocal about Bucs' chances in the continental competition, and even predicted that Tinkler and the team are unlikely to bring the trophy home.
"In that game (first leg) we were made to mark. The problem is defending the set pieces. The balls that get crossed into our box from free kicks and corner kicks become a problem. I don't know how they organise themselves for set pieces. We have to cancel crosses that get delivered into the box.
"Thabo Matlaba is not good in the air. (Siyabonga) Sangweni looks like he is a little bit slow. The communication between Sangweni and the goalkeeper (Felipe Ovono) is not good. That's why I'm saying if those guys (Du Sahel) managed to put us under pressure in Orlando, it's going to be tough.
"Sometimes we need to be honest. Tinkler sacrificed (Ntsikelelo) Nyauza for Happy (Jele) for what? Happy is not fit. That was a big game and Happy had been injured for some time. Nyauza played two tough games in the Soweto Derby (against Kaizer Chiefs) and did very well. They changed him.

"You can't keep changing the back four, let's be honest. Why sacrifice an influential player like that (Nyauza) in an important game like that? We understand that Ovono has been the only keeper available for CAF, but why change the back four that has been playing well? I'm talking about Matlaba, Nyauza, (Ayanda) Gcaba and Sangweni. Sangweni is lacking pace. That team's top striker will trouble them. Gcaba has to man mark. They can't afford to leave Sangweni alone at the back. Tinkler has to bring Nyauza back to the starting line-up," said Tlhomelang.
