Edward Motale Says Orlando Pirates Continue To Show Character In Africa
Orlando Pirates started their CAF Confederation Cup group stage campaign with a 1-0 win over AC Leopards in Congo  on Saturday.   Read: Jele Hands Bucs Victory In Congo   A solitary strike from Happy Jele in the second half was enough to hand the Buccaneers three points in some tough conditions in Congo.   Former Pirates defender and CAF Champions league winning captain Edward " Magents" Motale said that the win shows that Pirates have the character to play in Africa.   "The team showed character. They fought as a team and won as a team,"Motale said.   "They did very well and showed why they are still playing in Africa.   "If they continue playing like that then they will go far in the tournament."   Read: Tinkler Delighted With Winning Start
