Mamelodi Sundowns legend, Joel Masilela, believes that Pitso Mosimane and his team can take a leaf out of Orlando Pirates' book on how to eliminate TP Mazembe out of the CAF Champions League, in front of their supporters in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Bucs eliminated the DRC giants from the 2013 edition of the prestigious continental competition, following their impressive 3-1 win at the Orlando Stadium, although the then Roger de Sa-coached side had lost 1-0 in Lubumbashi in their second leg tie.
"Nobody gave Pirates a chance when they played against them (Mazembe) in the Champions League. But because Pirates were determined and doing well, it helped the team. If a team is doing well domestically, that should help them going to these kind of games.
"The most important thing is to learn how to approach these kind of games. You should forget about the fact that you are playing away. Yes, they are going to give you a difficult game and treat you badly.
"They use that strategy to demoralize you. Pirates knew about that and used it to their advantage. The only thing is to focus on your game," said Masilela.
Sundowns beat Mazembe 1-0 when the two sides played the first leg game in Tshwane.
