Before After: Kaizer Chiefs vs Cape Town City

Khanyisa Mayo scored the only goal as Cape Town City overcame Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium on Tuesday night.

The Glamour Boys failed to capitalise on their chances, despite enjoying the Lions share of possession for most of the encounter.

A number of Kaizer Chiefs supporters that did attend the midweek clash, took time to speak to a Soccer Laduma team, sharing their predictions ahead of the match and expressing their views after full-time.

"This game, we want nothing but a win," said an adamant Chiefs supporter, who is still getting over his team's MTN8 exit at the hands of Mamelodi Sundowns.

"We just came from a bad loss, we are out of the MTN8. So from now on, we are focusing on the league. Every game for Ntseki is a must win," he added before the match started.

After the match, despondent Chiefs fans expressed their disappointment with the result, with a couple of supporters bemoaning the tactics on the night:

"As a Khosi fan, I'm not happy at all. When I saw the line-up, the first thing I though is that this is going to be a draw. Probably because there's three defensive midfielders. You can not play with three defensive midfielders. At home you want to defend? How come?"
