Banyana Banyana registered a 2-0 win over Senegal in their second international friendly on Tuesday evening.
The two nations clashed on Saturday evening, with Senegal netting a late equaliser to rescue a 1-1 draw after Nthabiseng Majiya gave the visitors the lead.
Coach Desiree Ellis made wholesale changes to the side as Kaylin Swart, Lebohang Ramalepe, Nxolo Cesane, Bambani Mbane and Amogelang Motau were the only players to keep their spot in the starting line-up.
The South Africans got off to the perfect start after Motau opened the scoring after 13 minutes with a lovely free-kick.
While the hosts were unable to find away past Banyana goalkeeper Kaylin Swart, the South Africans went on to grab a second goal minutes before the halftime break courtesy of a finish from Noxolo Cesane.
Ellis' side continued to push more goals in the second period, with Nthabiseng Majiya going close to making it two goals in two games but she sent her effort over the crossbar.
Banyana were dealt a blow with just under 20 minutes to play as goalkeeper Swart was stretchered off after a foul from Coumba, who was shown a red card, leaving the hosts to finish the game with ten players.
The African champions managed to see out the rest of the game to hold on for the clean sheet and a victory to end their international break on a high.
