A draw of lots will decided whether Banyana Banyana or Ghana progress to the All Africa Games semi-final stage.

The draw is expected to take place on Monday at 10h00 (South African time).
Vera Pauw's side and Ghana ended with the same amount of points and goals scored after their two respective group matches.
Cameroon have already secured their spot in the last four, having topped Group B, after drawing 1-1 with Ghana on Sunday.
Banyana drew 1-1 with Cameroon in their opening group game, before drawing 0-0 with Ghana in their final tie, after Egypt pulled out of the tournament.
