Basetsana secured a thrilling 3-2 win over Zambia on Saturday to book their spot in the third and final round of qualifiers.
The South Africans will face Nigeria's Falcons, who finished in second spot at the previous U20 World Cup in 2014.
Nigeria booked their spot in the final of round of qualifiers, after they secured a 4-1 aggregate win over Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Falcons will hosts Basetsana in the first leg on Saturday, 24 October, before returning to South Africa for second leg two weeks later.
The winner of this two-legged affair will secure a spot at next year's World Cup, which is set to be held in Papua New Guinea.
