The qualifiers get underway in May, while only two sides will get the chance to compete at next year's showpiece in Rio de Janeiro.
There are four qualifying stages, but Banyana have been given a bye in the first round of the qualifiers and will get their campaign underway in the second round against Gabon.
The second round first leg qualifier is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 23 May 2015, while the second leg will be played at the Dobsonville Stadium at the end of May.
Vera Pauw's side will go into the camp on Sunday, 17 May in preparation for the first leg in Gabon.
Banyana have only qualified once for the Olympic Games, which was in 2012 in Great Britain under former coach, Joseph Mkhonza.
