African Women's Championship

Teams: Ghana v South Africa

Date: 15 October 2014

Banyana Banyana play Ghana in their second game at the African Women's Championship on Wednesday, hoping to get their tournament back on track.

Vera Pauw's team were disappointing in their opening game against Cameroon, where they lost 1-0 after Cameroon scored with less than five minutes to go.

Pauw will not have been happy with her team's performance, who after a good build-up to this tournament, struggled to find their rhythm in their opening game.

However she will believe that her team can bounce back against Ghana, and a victory today, and a good result on Saturday against Algeria, should still see Banyana qualify for the semi-finals.

All eyes will be on veteran Portia Modise, who is just two goals away from scoring one hundred international goals.

This is how they will line-up for the game:

Banyana XI: Barker, Dludlu, Vilakazi, Van Wyk, Matlou, Dlamini, Makhabane, Smeda, Nyandeni, Nogwanya, Modise
