Baxter's side go into battle with Libya later this evening as the two teams fight it out for a spot at the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt, with Bafana needing just a point to secure their spot in the competition alongside Africa's top 24 teams.
With the game due to get underway at 19h00 this evening, the Englishman is yet to name his starting XI for the encounter, though he insists that whoever is chosen will be up the job.
He knows, however, that some players could have a bigger role to play, telling Soccer Laduma from Tunisia, "'Big players win big games', says Arsene Wenger. They will be driven… Their experience of big games is important. Their belief and good form will hopefully rub off on the other players."
Meanwhile, when asked to describe this current crop of players, which includes local and international-based players as well as a couple that don't have a wealth of Bafana experience… "Willing and humble," he replied. "To work, to learn, to compete and to improve as a group. I really hope that they can continue the journey to the AFCON."

Baxter called upon the side to channel the sort of spirit they showed against Nigeria in his first game and recently against Paraguay, saying, "I believe that if you come from behind against Nigeria and Paraguay then that shows good team spirit.
"A strong collective should not mean that individuals cannot express themselves and flourish. Big egos, on the other hand, prevent good team ethic and therefore I will always encourage the players to show their individuality but give a part of themselves for team and country."
Bafana, who have all but Keagan Dolly available for selection, are unbeaten in their AFCON qualification so far, and have conceded just one goal in five games as they look to finish the job in Sfax this evening.
