Furman Out Of Bafana's WCQ Clash?
The 25-year-old, whose father was born in South Africa, was called up by coach Shakes Mashaba ahead of this weekend's 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Senegal and Marumo has explained that he will bring a new dynamic to the team.
"The guy (Veldwijk) wouldn't be playing in Belgium (for KV Kortrijk) if he wasn't a good player," he told Soccer Laduma. "A guy like him would bring a lot of discipline to the team, a lot of different things, which I think will help us to do even better. He will add a different aspect to our game, which I look forward to seeing. And, also, a new player in the squad always brings a renewed energy as well."

The 38-year-old went on to say that Veldwijk will bring plenty of energy and that it's good to see him integrating with his teammates off the pitch.
"He will bring something new and he'll want to prove himself, while the other guys will also want to prove themselves. So, I think, where the guys playing, he'll bring a lot of good energy," he added. "I saw photos of him with other players and he looks like he's already one of the lads. He looks like he's been welcomed. He won't be sort of a loner, not part of the squad. These team dynamics are very important and the guys need to get along on a social level. I think it will show on the pitch."
