Bafana Bafana suffered a 2-1 loss to Milutin 'Micho' Sredojevic's Zambia side and Soccer Laduma takes a look at 10 images from the encounter.
The South African national team failed to get a win during the international break, where they drew 1-1 to Namibia and this evening suffered a loss to their Southern African rivals.
Speaking to the media after the game, Bafana captain, Thulani Hlatshwayo admitted that it's been a disappointing time in the national team camp, which they used to prepare for the upcoming Africa Cup Of Nations qualifiers in November.

"Between the two countries, there is never a friendly game, we always want to win the game," he said.
"The players overseas were in pre-season trying to stay in shape after the pandemic break and we knew that a lot of guys didn't do enough training, you could see in the game we were not attacking as normally as we used to, the ball wasn't flowing and you could see Zambia have been in camp for so long, they played more friendly games and you could see that."

"Obviously our league will start now and guys will get game time preparing for Soa Tome. As much as it is friendlies or whatever but we have to prepare well and win games and it is disappointing how the whole camp has been."
Bafana will face Soa Tome on the 13th and 16th of November.
