Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has recalled St. Louis City midfielder Njabulo Blom to his latest squad, soon after the player's agent Rob Moore pointed out how the former Kaizer Chiefs player deserved a chance.
Broos included Blom in his previous preliminary squad but excluded him from the final 23 that played friendly matches against Namibia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Belgian reasoned that the former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder did not make the cut for the final 23-member squad because he was not playing regularly for his Major League Soccer club St. Louis City.
A day before Bafana's latest squad was announced on Thursday, Blom's agent Moore criticised Broos for saying that the 23-year old does not play regularly.
Moore went as far as compiling stats for some players who were selected at Bafana but had played far less minutes than Blom.
"At that time Blom had played seven games, was suspended for the eighth game and he had played 92% of the minutes in those games," Moore said on ThisIsFootball.Africa YouTube channel.
"The PSL players on the other hand there were players in there that had played far less minutes. We're talking about a league that is pretty decent, the MLS and he's playing for a club with 92% of the minutes who are top of the league.
"If you don't really rate the player or you rate others better than him, no problem, you're the coach, that's your decision because that's clearly what he thinks, because he has not really given Blom a chance. On the same (Bafana) team, (Bathusi) Aubaas played 13% of league minutes (for Mamelodi Sundowns) this season, (Sphephelo) Sithole in Tondela, second division in Portugal, 51% of league minutes, (Mduduzi) Mdantsane 38% of league minutes of Chiefs (Pule Mmodi was the player selected from Chiefs), Thapelo Maseko, 27% of league minutes at Sundowns, called them up, so no problem if you have a line of thinking but then be consistent," he said.
A day later Broos announced Blom in his latest squad to face Eswatini and Ivory Coast in international friendlies, in a midfield that also has Teboho Mokoena, Sithole and Sibongiseni Mthethwa.
The midfielders who were in the preliminary squad and did not make the final cut are; Grant Margeman, Mlungisi Mbunjana, Luke Le Roux and Mdantsane while Aubaas is injured.
