Bafana Bafana were originally scheduled to play the Falcons of Jediane at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit on November 15, however in memory and honour of Senzo Meyiwa, the match has now been moved to the former Orlando Pirates and Bafana captain's home province of KwaZulu-Natal.
Jordaan confirmed the venue change at the joint memorial service of 'Nzori', Mbulaeni Mulaudzi and Phindile Mwelase held earlier today at the Standard Bank Arena in Johannesburg.
The SAFA president further commented that a statue of Meyiwa would be erected at the headquarters of the South African football governing body, SAFA House, as a remembrance to the late Meyiwa.
SAFA CEO, Dennis Mumble, declared on Monday, October 27, following Meyiwa's fatal shooting the previous Sunday night that the qualifier against Sudan will be played in honour of the fallen Bafana star.
