Reyaad Pieterse: 6.5/10 Pieterse was hardly tested in goals but produced one memorable crucial save early in the second stanza to deny the Zebras an equaliser. Siyanda Xulu: 7/10 Xulu was solid at the back and also a goal threat whenever he pushed forward for set-pieces. Motjeka Madisha: 7,5/10 Madisha was key to Bafana playing and building from the back. His passing range and composure on the ball was vital. He also scored the opening goal. Siyabonga Ngezana: 7/10 Ngezana added his aerial strength at the back and was solid in one-on-one challenges. Aubrey Modiba: 8/10 Modiba was playing with freedom and showed maturity in a fluid four-men midfield. He go the assist for the opening and goal and netted the second goal on the night. Paseka Mako: 6,5/10 Mako replaced the suspended Fortune Makaringe and did good job of keeping things tidy in the middle of the park. Wiseman Meyiwa: 7/10 Meyiwa lifted his game compared to the previous one. He marshaled the midfield really well and was key in denying Botswana chances in the final third. Siphesihle Ndlovu: 7/10 Ndlovu was excellent on the ball and his runs into spaces were equally good. He brilliantly setup Modiba for the second goal, while he did squander a golden chance in the first half. Gift Links: 7/10 The Egypt-based winger is showing a lot of promise. He produced glimpses of good touches and had tactical discipline. Lebohang Maboe: 7/10 Maboe was buzzing. He created a lot of chances for Bafana and also scored the third goal with a composed finish, which took his tally to three goals for the tournament. Ryan Moon: 7/10 Moon also improved from his previous match. His positioning and link up with midfielders was good. Substitutions: Jamie Webber: 5/10 Webber was introduced in the final 20 minutes but did not do much on the pitch and kept it simple.
