Bafana Bafana Know What They Must Do In Tunisia Against Libya
Bafana Bafana go into battle with Libya this weekend with a place at the 2019 African Cup of Nations up for grabs, and their fate in their own hands for the clash in Tunisia.    Read: All Aboard! – Bafana's Faces As Doubtful Downs Man Looks Good   Stuart Baxter's side are currently in second place in their Afcon qualifying group behind a Nigerian side that has already secured their place in Africa's football showpiece following their results in previous games.   The Super Eagles are expected to claim top spot when they host Seychelles on Friday evening, with the Islanders having failed to pick up a single point away from home in Group E so far, however, a draw would open up a surprise opportunity for Stuart Baxter's side to win the group.   Read: Down Out - Updates On Chiefs' Injured Stars   As things stand, Baxter's boys know that all they need to do in Sfax is avoid defeat, with a point guaranteeing them qualification into this year's AFCON, while a victory could – depending on the other game – possibly even top the group.   Having failed to qualify for the 2017 tournament, Bafana's players and supporters will be happy to see that they are not relying on other results to go their way in order to qualify, and instead have only themselves to count on if they're going to make it.    Watch: SLTV: Williams: Hopefully I Get The Opportunity To Rectify My Mistakes   Defeat, on the other hand, would see the Libyans leapfrog South Africa into second place, joining Nigeria in the hat for the Afcon draw rather than the 1996 winners of the tournament.   Do you think Bafana can get the point they need in Tunisia on Sunday evening?
