UEFA Champions League Starting XI: Bayern Munich Vs Atletico Madrid

UEFA Champions League Starting XI: Bayern Munich Vs Atletico Madrid

Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich welcome Atletico Madrid to the Allianz Arena for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi-final – here are the starting line-ups.

De Gea Equals Ronaldo's Man Utd Record

The first leg at the Vicente Calderon ended in a 1-0 victory for Atletico, so Diego Simeone's men hold a slender advantage going into this tie.

This is the second time the Rojiblancos have made the semi-finals of the competition in three years, while the Bavarians are taking part in their fifth semi in five years.

Bayern's home record against La Liga opposition is impressive, having won 16, drawn five and lost just twice in 23 outings against Spanish sides.

These two clubs last met in the 1974 Champions League final, which Bayern won 4-0 in a replay after the first clash had ended in a 1-1 draw.

The German giants are currently on an 11-game winning streak at home in the European competition, and are one away from equalling Manchester United's record of 12.

In team news, Bayern will be without Holger Badstuber and Arjen Robben, while, for Atletico, Diego Godin and Tiago have both been ruled out due to injury.

Here are the starting line-ups:

Bayern Munich: Neuer, Ribéry, Martinez, Lewandowski, Costa, Alonso, Boateng, Lahm, Vidal, Müller, Alaba.

Atletico Madrid: Oblak, Juanfran, Godín, Giménez, Filipe Luís, Gabi, Fernández, Koke, Saúl Ñíguez, Griezmann, Torres
