Zimbabwean attacker Talent Chawapiwa still has hopes playing for one of the 'big three' in South African football as he aims to 'revive' his career at Sekhukhune United.
Chawapiwa was also heavily linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs during his time at Baroka, but he opted to join AmaZulu FC in 2019.
Speaking exclusively with the Siya crew, the winger admits that his time at Usuthu didn't go according to his wishes and without getting into details on what happened in Durban, he still see himself playing for one of the big three in the country.
"I had great hopes when I joined AmaZulu, I really thought it would improve me as player and go to Europe, but it did not happen the way I had planned and that's football," the Zimbabwean said.
"It was a good stay I learned a lot there; we are students of football, we are learning we and growing, I even lost my spot in the nation team but still believe I can return and let's see what the season hold for me.
"The hope of playing for one of the big team still alive, that's why I'm here at Sekhukhune United to revive myself and I can only take one game time. That's what is needed only on my side."
With Sekhukhune United known for having a well-structured organisation, is hoping as new players they can reward the team with a trophy and top eight finish for believing in them.
"I'm very happy to be here, the love I have received since I joined the team, made me believe in myself again so far so good everything is going well," he added.
"I want to win cups with the team, it's a well-organized team that deserves to win and finish in top eight."
