FC Barcelona secured their second successive La Liga title, after they defeated Granada 3-0 thanks to a hat-trick from Luis Suarez.
The visitors nearly broke the deadlock after just six minutes, but Gerard Pique's header was brilliantly saved by Fernandez.
Barcelona eventually took the lead in the 22nd minute, as Neymar played in Jordi Alba, who teed up Luis Suarez for the easy tap-in.
The lead was doubled in the 37th minute, as Suarez netted his second by heading home at the near post, after some great work by Dani Alves.
Despite Barcelona's domination, the score remained 2-0 to Luis Enrique's charges at the break.
Fernandez was at his best in the 58th minute, as the Granada shot-stopper showed great reflexes to keep out Neymar's effort from six-yards out.
Barcelona were quite happy to pass the ball around, but eventually grabbed a third goal in the 86th minute, as Neymar teed up Suarez for his hat-trick.
The score remained 3-0 at the full-time whistle, as the Catalan giants clinched the La Liga title for the second successive campaign.
