Club captain Sergio Ramos has revealed why he thinks Zinedine Zidane has been so successful at Real Madrid.
The Frenchman, who has been involved at the club for five years already, took over the first team from Rafael Benitez in January and went on to win the UEFA Champions League five months later.
Chatting after the UEFA Champions League encounter with Borussia Dortmund, Ramos praised the work of his current boss and feels that his "sympathetic" approach is what makes him different to past coaches.
"Zizou has that kind of magic that dazzles you," the Spaniard told a pre-match news conference, as quoted by FourFourTwo.
"The dynamic of the group is going in the right direction and following a great line. We have a lot of harmony.
"He's more sympathetic than what we had before. His merit is there for all to see and we're happy. I'm happy he's in charge of the team, we're working hard both physically and mentally."
