The Juventus fullback recently questioned Ramos' love for his former team Sevilla, where the Spaniard and Alves were teammates.
The Brazilian does not believe the Real Madrid captain has as much respect for Sevilla as he claims to have, and Ramos has hit back, suggesting Alves should be the last person to speak about loyalty.
"These comments are coming from Alves, who one year loves Brazil, the next one he decides to love Spain and the next one, Italy," he responded, according to Marca.
"My feelings can't be measured, you are born either with or without them, no matter what anyone says."

Ramos came through Sevilla's youth academy and spent two seasons with first team before his move to Real in 2005, while Alves represented the team for five years.
His old club's fans have not forgiven him for turning his back on Sevilla, and constantly jeer and even insult him when he returns.
