Harry Kane returned to action as Tottenham Hotspur made it two wins from two matches in the Premier League with a 1-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday afternoon.
Spurs named Kane on the bench and stuck with the front trio of Heung-Min Son, Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn.
It was also Spurs manager Nuno Espirito Santo's first trip back to his former side, and he watched Dele Alli round goalkeeper Jose Sa on nine minutes to win a penalty-kick and go on to convert.
Wolves went inches close to draw level in the midway stage of the first half through a cutback from the left-side by Adama Traore following a blistering run, but Raul Jimenez fired over.
The host didn't stop coming minutes from the half-hour mark as Francisco Trincao whizzed away from a challenge by Eric Dier to force a save off goalkeeper Hugo Lloris with a smart effort.

Spurs continued to battle against the host seven minutes from the restart after Joao Moutinho's possession takeover from Son trickled through to Nelson Semedo, who fired wide over the top.
The home side began to feel the pressure again as a double chance midway in from the visitors forced Sa to parry Bergwijn's curler back into play before going to deny Son on the follow-up.
It was time for Espirito Santo to give Kane his first outing of the new campaign towards the last ten minutes, as he came on for Son.
Another double save from Sa followed with eight minutes to go when he smothered Kane from a through pass by Bergwijn and smothered the latter who looked to follow up on the loose ball.
The visitors continued to have a go at the host late on, but was unable to add to their tally as the match finished 1-0.
