Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale has provided some clarity on his future with the Wales national side after walking out of a post-match interview.
The 31-year-old was seemingly in no mood to talk about his future after Wales were thumped 4-0 by Denmark in their round of 16 clash at the UEFA European Championship on Saturday.
In fact, the Los Blancos attacker walked away from a post-match interview when asked if that game was his final match for his national team, but he did clarify his future later that evening.
"People ask stupid questions all the time, but obviously I love playing for Wales.
"I'll play for Wales until the day that I stop playing football."
With the European Championship now out the way, Bale is now looking to help the Dragons qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
"We've just started the World Cup campaign, and we need to take this experience into that," he added.
"I feel like we have a very good way of playing when we play well and we need to keep that confidence high, keep playing football, and I think we can qualify for the next World Cup."
