Sekhukhune United’s Keletso Makgalwa and the club’s head coach Eric Tinkler, along with Kaizer Chiefs’ Glody Lilepo, have been honoured with the Betway Premiership Monthly Awards for April 2025.
Makgalwa was named Player of the Month after a standout month that included a goal, an assist, and a key role in Sekhukhune’s unbeaten April run.

His performances edged out Sekhukhune teammate Renaldo Leaner and Stellenbosch’s Sanele Barns.
Tinkler picked up Coach of the Month, guiding Babina Noko to three wins and a draw, including a memorable 1-0 victory over Orlando Pirates, which helped push the team into the Top Three.
Goal of the Month went to Lilepo for his incredible solo goal against Marumo Gallants – dribbling past three defenders before firing into the top corner.
The April awards were decided by a panel of PSL – accredited journalists and broadcasters, with support from league sponsors, Betway.

These results propelled the team into the Top Three of the Betway Premiership standings.
