Portugal 2-2 France
France secured top spot in Group F after playing to a 2-2 draw with Portugal, who qualify as one of the best third-place nations.
Bruno Fernandes dropped to the Portugal bench as Renato Sanches was handed a start in midfield.
The reigning European champions got the opening goal from the penalty spot after Hugo Lloris had fouled Danilo, which allowed Cristiano Ronaldo to convert.
France were awarded a penalty of their own just before the break as the referee felt Nelson Semedo had fouled Kylian Mbappe in the box. Karim Benzema stepped up and made no mistake from the spot.
The turnaround was complete shortly after the break when Paul Pogba's pass found Benzema, who fired into the far corner to complete his brace.
Portugal were then awarded a second penalty in the 60th minute that Ronaldo had won and converted to get his 109th international goal, level with Ali Daei for most international goals in history.
Hungary 2-2 Germany
Germany finished second in the group after battling back to draw 2-2 with Hungary.
Leroy Sane was handed his first at a European Championship as his Bayern Munich teammate Thomas Muller dropped to the bench.
Hungary still had hopes of qualifying for the knockout round and took a surprising lead in the 11th minute through Adam Szalai's strike.
Germany got back on level terms in the 66th through Kai Havertz, but that was joy was short-lived as Andras Schafer restored Hungary's lead two minutes later.
However, Joachim Low's side managed to get the equaliser through Leon Gortezka, which secured second spot.
Slovakia 0-5 Spain
Spain stormed into the last 16 of EURO 2020 after thrashing Slovakia in their final Group E clash.
Morata had the chance to give Spain the lead on 12 minutes from the penalty spot but his shot was saved by Dubravka.
Dubravka went from hero to villain in the 30th minute as he knocked the ball into his own while trying to clear after Pablo Sarabia had struck the crossbar.
Spain managed to get the second goal on the stroke of halftime as Aymeric Laporte sent a looping header into the far corner for his first international goal.
The rout continued in the second half as Sarabia bagged the third in the 56th minutes before substitute Ferran Torres got his name on the scoresheet with his first touch on 67 minutes.
An own goal from Juraj Kucka wrapped up the proceedings for Spain, who finished second while Slovakia are eliminated.

Sweden 3-2 Poland
Sweden secured top spot in the group after defeating Poland 3-2 on Wednesday evening.
The Swedes go the opening goal as early as the second minute when Emil Forsberg bagged his second of the tournament after being set up by Isak.
Forsberg doubled the lead in the 59th minute with his second goal, before Robert Lewandowski pulled one goal back for Poland two minutes later.
However, Sweden got the winner in the fourth minute of time added on thanks to Victor Claesson's strike.
