Could this be underdeveloping our football?

Could this be underdeveloping our football?
10111, tsiki tsiki yoh!!!, ngwana wa tshwenya, little napoleon, slow poison, Roger feutmba, the chuku train. And that's to start..... Now we say mshishi, hlompho, sugar, imoto itjontji Mali, ntofontofo, black Jesus, etc. These are past and recent legends of the South African game and yet our football seems to be stuck in one place. Whether we speak of management, coaching, development and stadiums. All of this resulting in a below par national team. Why can we not adjust to international standards and have a revamp of our teams to have a structure like your Madrids, Milans and Manchesters. Let the coach manage players and their contacts , have a football director who knows the game and give clubs the responsibility to care for some of the stadiums and facilities so they take the club, the players, the fans and the game seriously. We can compete with the world with skill and talent, but we need our football system to help our players shine the flag and represent.
