Group 3
England 0-4 Hungary

England are now facing relegation to League B in the UEFA Nations League after suffering a 4-0 loss to Hungary on Tuesday night.

Gareth Southgate made nine changes to the England side that drew with Italy, as only Reece James and Aaron Ramsdale are the only players to retain their starting spot.

However, the hosts fell behind in the 16th minute when Roland Sallai volleyed past Ramsdale after the defence failed to deal with a free-kick.

While England's scoring troubles continued, the visitors doubled their lead in the 70th minute as Sallai completed his brace before Zsolt Nagy got the third goal 10 minutes.

England also finished the game with a man less after John Stones picked up his second yellow card , before Dániel Gazdag rounded off the scoring for the visitors in the 89th minute.

Germany 5-2 Italy

Germany were in a rampant mood after romping to a 5-2 win over European champions Italy at Borussia-Park.

The Germans got the breakthrough after just 10 minutes when Joshua Kimmich found the back of the net after being set up by David Raum.

Ilkay Gündogan and Thomas Muller put the four-time world champions 3-0 up, before Chelsea forward bagged two goals in quick succession to make it 5-0.

Wilfried Gnonto and Alessandro Bastoni managed to bag late consolation goals for Roberto Mancini's charges.

Group 4
Netherlands 3-2 Wales

The Netherlands cemented top spot in their group after edging Wales 3-2 on Tuesday evening.

Louis van Gaal's charges took a two-goal lead in the first half thanks to strikes from Noa Lang and Cody Gakpo.

Brennan Johnson pulled one back for Wales in the 26th minute with his second goal in as many games.

Gareth Bale looked to have secured a point for Wales with his equaliser in the 90th minute, but Memphis Depay pooped up with the winning goal a minute later.

Poland 0-1 Belgium

Belgium returned to winning ways in Group 4 with a slender 1-0 win over Poland on Tuesday night.

The Red Devils went in front through Michy Batshuayi's diving header in the 16th minute after being teed up by Youri Tielemans.

The win moves Belgium up to second spot while the Polish drop to third spot.
