Ousmane Dembele was only fit enough to make the bench after picking up an injury in the first leg last week, while the Gunners were boosted by the return of Thomas Partey, who missed the first leg through suspension.
The Gunners made a lively start to the firs half as PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma was called upon to make two vital saves in the opening ten minutes to deny Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard in quick succession.

Arsenal were made to rue those missed chances as PSG took the lead on 27 minutes as Partey could only clear a free-kick as far as Fabian Ruiz, who controlled well on the edge of the box before sending a powerful volley into the back of the net.
PSG were almost two goals ahead a few minutes later when Bradley Barcola latched onto Kvara Kvaratskhelia's cross but Declan Rice showed great energy to race back to deny the Frenchman with a vital block in the box.
Mikel Arteta's men came out firing in the second and they went close to pulling one back on the hour mark when Bukayo Saka cut in from the right and unleashed a curling strike that forced Donnarumma into a superb save at full-stretch.
PSG had a chance to extend their lead on 68 minutes after being awarded a penalty following a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) check. Vitinha stepped up but saw his spot-kick saved by Gunners goalkeeper David Raya.
However, the hosts got their reward four minutes later as Dembele, who had just been introduced, pounced on a loose ball and teed up Achraf Hakimi who sent a fine finish into the far corner.
Saka did give the visiting side some slim hope in the 76th minute after finishing from a tight angle some good work by Leandro Trossard on the counter-attack.
There was another big chance for Saka to further reduce the deficit minutes after pulling one back, but the Gunners winger blazed over the crossbar with the goal at his mercy as PSG held on and advanced to the final, where they will face Inter Milan.
