The Blues claimed all three points over their French opponents courtesy of goals from Tammy Abraham and Willian, with the Brazilian's strike drawing him level with compatriot Ronaldinho for goals scored in the competition.

The 2002 FIFA World Cup winner scored 18 times in 47 appearances in the competition, a tally Willian has now matched, albeit in 19 more games.

Willian is now the joint eighth highest-scoring Brazilian in the tournament's history, alongside the former Blaugrana ace and Juninho Pernambucano, and has also contributed with 15 assists across his spells with Shakhtar Donetsk, Anzhi Makhachkala and Chelsea.

The 31-year-old has been the Blues' star player in the competition since his arrival from Anzhi in 2013, having played a hand in more goals during that time than any other player for the club.

The Brazil international is in the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge, and is a reported transfer target for Barca.
