Neymar Names 'Ugliest' Player He Has Played With

Brazil's all-time record goalscorer Neymar has bizarrely named who he believes is the ugliest footballer he has ever played alongside.

The 32-year-old is currently recovering from an injury he picked up last year, one that saw him ruled out of his country's 2024 Copa America campaign.

His compatriots drew with Costa Rica in their first match of the competition in the early hours of Tuesday morning at the SoFi Stadium in California, with Neymar in attendance.

In a video that has seemingly gone viral online, the former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain winger can be seen answering quick-fire questions with VIVA Sport.

The interviewer, at one point, asks Neymar to name the most unattractive player he has shared a dressing room with, to which the superstar responded by naming his Brazil teammate Vinicius Junior.

"I played with a lot of ugly people," he said, in quotes carried by Goal.

"With all due respect, Vinicius Junior. I'm sorry, I love you, but he's very funny. Ugly, but funny."

Neymar, meanwhile, named former Chelsea and PSG centre-back Thiago Silva as the toughest player he has faced in his career.

Brazil are in more Copa America action on Saturday morning when they take on Paraguay.
