With Paulo Dybala having completed a surprise move to Jose Mourinho's Roma, it has been reported what his shock release clause will be at the Giallorossi.
'No Top Club Wants To Sign Dybala'
On Wednesday, the 28-year-old Argentine was unveiled as the Portuguese tactician's newest signing after he completed a free transfer to the Rome-based giants.
Dybala departed Juventus at the end of last season when his contract expired, and, after initially appearing to be closing in on a switch to Inter Milan, has committed to a three-year contract at the Stadio Olimpico.
Early signs suggest, however, that the attacking midfielder might already have a plan in place should things not go according to plan, with La Repubblica claiming that a £17 million (R348 million) release clause has been inserted into his Roma contract.
The publication states that the clause will become active at the end of next season, which could open the door for clubs to pursue his signature should he perform in Rome.
Dybala left Juventus after seven years, a period in which the 34-time Argentina international scored 115 goals in 293 matches across all competitions and won 13 trophies.
