The Old Lady are now back in the hunt for a UEFA Champions League place after they were handed back their previously docked 15 points.
As a result, Juve are now two points behind Lazio, who are second, and three points ahead of Jose Mourinho's AS Roma.
The decision comes after the Bianconeri were handed the massive points deduction earlier this season after they were alleged to have conducted false accounting practices.
A number of the club's board members, including then-president Andrea Agnelli, resigned soon afterwards, and it seemed the Italian giants were heading for a dismal season.
Now, though, with the investigation into financial irregularities still ongoing, Juventus have won their appeal against the decision, which saw the Italian Football Federation temporarily reinstated their points this week, with the sentence expected to be reformulated.
If Juve are to be punished, it will now likely only be implemented next season, with the Italian Football Federation appeals court set to come to a decision on the matter in the next 30 days.

The return of the points changes the landscape for the record Italian top flight winners. With manager Massimiliano Allegri having also led his charges to the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League, Juve could potentially end the 2022/23 campaign on a high after all.
