The 64-year-old has certainly given himself legendary status in Naples, but his future remains unclear after talks over a potential new deal.
Gazzetto dello Sport have reported that negotiations between Spalletti and club president Aurelio De Laurentiis after a dinner last week.
Spalletti's current deal with the Naples expires next year after the club recently triggered a one-year extension, but the coach reportedly remains angered by the possibility that the club could sell some of their top stars.
