Ronaldo ended a nine-year spell at Los Blancos after completing a move to the Old Lady, signing a four-year deal.
Juventus have dominated Italian football over the past few years, having won the Serie A title for the last seven seasons.
However, Mourinho has warned the Serie A champions that Ronaldo's move will serve as motivation for the other sides.
"Fantastic for Italian football: The Bianconeri will dominate for years and now it will be even easier with a player of his qualities," Mourinho told ilBiancoNero.
"But, I think it can be extra motivation for rivals. Maybe this supremacy of Juventus can give AC Milan, AS Roma, Inter Milan and Napoli to boost in the title."
